Dr. Mukesh Agrawal | Director | MD, DNB, DGO, DFP, DICOG
Dr. Mukesh Agrawal completed his graduation from Seth G. S Medical College and K.E.M hospital Mumbai. After acquiring the necessary skills in fertility management at UK and Singapore he started his first venture New Hope Fertility and IVF Centre way back in 1998. He is credited to accomplish the first successful IVF pregnancy of the western suburbs.
Apart from regularly updating his knowledge by attending national and international conferences, he has conducted many CMEs and workshops of IUI, IVF training. He has been invited as faculty in many conferences and discussions. His aim is to eradicate infertility for which he regularly conducts IVF camps & makes it affordable to all. He is certified by FOGSI for training in advanced Infertility and Endoscopy courses. He has trained more than 200 doctors from all over the country.
He has authored various review articles in national journals. His surgical skills have been recognised nationally. He was the first to start the concept of Budget IVF in 2005. His contributions have been recognised and he has been felicitated for his work in the field of infertility. He is also an active member of Rotary Club and many such charitable organisations.

Dr. Simi Kawar | Director | M.S
Dr. Simi Kawar completed her post graduation in the year 1998 securing Gold medal. She is keenly interested in assisted reproduction, genecology and endoscopy. With over 20 years of experience, she has been an integral part of the working and planning of IVF cycles at the centre. She regularly conducts CME’s on infertility, menstrual disorders, recurrent abortions etc. and has trained many family physicians and gynecologists.
She has also published paper in FOGSI journal on role of precycle estrogen on scheduling and synchronisation of IVF cycles. She is trained in ultrasound imaging in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has expertise in managing high risk obstetric patients including management of rare case of fetus with congenital heart block who was put on pace maker immediately after birth and became the headline of being the youngest child with a pace maker in India.
She has written books on pregnancy care, IUI and has prepared patient education leaflets on many subjects for their better understanding. She regularly trains school children on adolescent problems for which she has got a FOGSI award.
Mrs. Nidhi Agrawal | Laboratory Director
Mrs. Nidhi Agrawal has been trained in India and Singapore. With more than 20 years of experience she has maintained quality standards in the lab which is the key to success for any ART centre. She is an expert reproductive biologist and handles all ART laboratory services like IUI, IVF, ICSI, Vitrification, etc. in the most efficient way.
In addition to her laboratory management she helps in the counselling of the infertile couple. She has a pleasant personality and a patient friendly approach. She has trained doctors and embryologists in IUI and IVF workshops conducted at the centre and outside.
Mrs. Shreya Agrawal Jain | Chief Embryologist | M. Sc. Clinical Embryology – Manipal University
Mrs. Shreya Agrawal Jain has completed her Masters in Clinical Embryology from Manipal University. She has been a topper since her school days. She has been felicitated with the Inspire scholarship from the Government of India in 2012. As the chief embryologist she handles all aspects of embryology. Her expertise is use of laser in ART for hatching and embryo biopsy for PGD/PGS and sperm DNA fragmentation analysis. She is a young and dynamic embryologist whose aim is to make a difference to the lives of patients with her immense skill set & knowledge.
During her course, she has been a Merck and ASSET trainer for ICSI, Vitrification, Thawing and Advanced Andrology. She has trained many budding embryologists from all over the world. She has attended Observership at Münster, Germany and was an active member of Indo-German Conference on Assisted Reproductive Technology and Fertility Preservation. She has conducted a human study on andrology aspect of infertility. She was recently awarded ‘Best Poster Presentation’ by Academy Of Clinical Embryologist- India, 2018.
